Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in and get a full refund. This policy is available on select properties marked with "Free Cancellation" badge.
Refund Time: 5-7 business days
Moderate Cancellation
Cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Refund Time: 7-10 business days
Strict Cancellation
Cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.
Refund Time: 10-14 business days
Non-Refundable
These bookings cannot be cancelled or modified. This rate typically offers the best price but no flexibility.

Locate the booking you want to cancel in your bookings list
Click "Cancel Booking"
Review the cancellation policy and confirm your cancellation
Receive confirmation
You'll receive an email confirming your cancellation and refund details
